How it works

1. Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying EEE, sacrificing Skullwinder and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning Priest of Gix from your graveyard to the battlefield.
2. When Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding .
3. Cast Dark Ritual by paying , adding .
4. Cast Chthonian Nightmare by paying 1.
5. When Chthonian Nightmare enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to get EEE.
6. Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying E, sacrificing Priest of Gix and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning Skullwinder from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning Dark Ritual from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Cast Chthonian Nightmare by paying 1.
9. When Chthonian Nightmare enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to get EEE.
10. Repeat.
