How it works

  1. Cast Chthonian Nightmare by paying 1B mana.
  2. Tatsunari triggers, creating a 3/3 Keimi legendary creature token.
  3. When Chthonian Nightmare enters, it triggers, causing you to get EEE.
  4. Activate Chthonian Nightmare by paying EEE, sacrificing Keimi and returning Chthonian Nightmare from the battlefield to your hand, returning Priest of Gix from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. When Priest of Gix enters, it triggers, adding B manaB manaB mana.
  6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Priest of Gix.
  7. Repeat.
