How it works

1. Activate Dinosaur Headdress' equip ability by paying 2, attaching it to Priest of Gix and causing Priest of Gix to become a copy of Cavalier of Night.
2. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Priest of Gix.
3. When Priest of Gix dies, its second ability triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding .
5. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms the humble Priest of Gix into an engine of continuous rebirth by leveraging Dinosaur Headdress—the crafted side of Paleontologist's Pick-Axe—to turn the Priest into a copy of Cavalier of Night. Once this identity is established, Viscera Seer provides the necessary sacrifice outlet to send the copying Priest straight to the graveyard, triggering the Cavalier's death ability to return the Priest right back to the battlefield. As the Priest re-enters, its native ability generates three black mana, leaving you with more than enough fuel to pay the Dinosaur Headdress equip cost and repeat the cycle indefinitely.
