How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Priest of Gix.
2. When Priest of Gix dies, Rakdos triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Haunted Crossroads by paying , putting Priest of Gix from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Rakdos trigger, causing you to exile the top three cards of your library with the ability to play them until your next end step.
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Cast Priest of Gix from exile by paying at most 2.
7. When Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding .
8. Repeat.

This loop relies on recycling Priest of Gix through your graveyard to continuously feed Carrion Feeder while generating a surplus of black mana. Haunted Crossroads lets you pay a single black mana to place the priest right back on top of your library, exactly where Rakdos, the Muscle's sacrifice-triggered exile ability can immediately grab it. Because Rakdos, Lord of Riots is part of the broader strategy, any life lost by your opponents helps discount the costs, though the loop itself is fully fueled by the mana the priest produces on re-entry. As you repeat this cycle, Carrion Feeder grows infinitely large while you steadily exile and churn through your entire library.
