How it works

5. When Priest of Gix enters, it triggers, adding .

This clever loop relies on Spirit en-Kor and its free, zero-cost ability to repeatedly target your own creatures without restriction. By pointing that redirection ability at Priest of Gix, you trigger Monk Gyatso, whose passive airbending ability instantly exiles the Priest and sets up its alternative casting cost. Once the Priest is cast from exile for just `{2}`, its enters-the-battlefield ability generates `{B}{B}{B}`, providing more than enough mana to sustain the cycle while yielding infinite black mana, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and storm count.
