How it works

1. Activate Darksteel Citadel by tapping it, creating a Food and a Treasure artifact token.
2. Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Food and Treasure, untapping Darksteel Citadel.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms your mana base into an endless engine of artifact creation and card advantage by turning a simple land into a multi-token factory. With Bootleggers' Stash granting every land the ability to produce Treasures, tapping Darksteel Citadel allows Peregrin Took's replacement effect to flood the board with both a Treasure and an extra Food token simultaneously. Clock of Omens then uses that newly created pair of artifacts to untap the Citadel, letting you repeat the entire sequence indefinitely for infinite tokens, enter-the-battlefield triggers, and card draws by sacrificing the accumulated Foods.
