How it works

1. Activate Marvin using Avatar Kuruk's ability by paying 20 minus 1 for each creature and/or artifact you can tap while activating it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. At the beginning of your end step, Y'shtola Rhul triggers, blinking Marvin.
3. Repeat each turn.

This fascinating loop hinges on Marvin, Murderous Mimic gaining the potent Waterbend exhaust ability printed on the back face of The Legend of Kuruk // Avatar Kuruk, allowing you to pay its hefty twenty-mana cost by tapping down your other artifacts and creatures for help. Once that massive extra turn activation is paid for and resolved, Y'shtola Rhul steps in at the beginning of your end step to exile and blink Marvin back to the battlefield. Because Marvin reenters as a fresh object, its copied ability forgets that it was previously used, allowing you to repeat this process indefinitely for infinite turns and a total game lock.
