How it works
Cast Traveling Plague by paying 3, attaching it to another creature you control.
When Traveling Plague enters, Ghostly Dancers triggers, creating a creature token.
Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing the creature Traveling Plague is attached to.
When the creature dies, Traveling Plague triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the token created in step 2.
When Traveling Plague enters, Ghostly Dancers triggers, creating a creature token.
Resolve the Phantom Train ability.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever loop turns Traveling Plague into an endlessly recurring visitor by leaning on its own built-in safeguard: whenever the creature it enchants leaves the battlefield, the Aura dutifully returns itself to the battlefield. By using Phantom Train to sacrifice that enchanted creature—which also conveniently pumps the Train's size with a +1/+1 counter—we trigger the Aura's death clause and send it straight back to attach to a fresh target. That fresh target is provided right on schedule by Ghostly Dancers, whose eerie ability fires every single time Traveling Plague enters the battlefield to spawn a flying Spirit token for the sacrifice loop to feed on once more.
