How it works

1. Activate Liliana's third ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, allowing you to cast Zombie cards from your graveyard this turn.
2. Cast Repository Skaab either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying 0.
3. When Repository Skaab enters, it triggers, causing you to sacrifice it.
4. Repository Skaab triggers, returning an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop relies on Liliana, Untouched by Death to grant your graveyard the ability to cast Zombie spells, turning your discard pile into a second hand. Rooftop Storm removes all mana barriers by letting you cast those Zombie spells for free, completely fueling the continuous casting of Repository Skaab. As Repository Skaab enters the battlefield, its exploit ability triggers immediately, allowing you to sacrifice the Skaab itself to satisfy its own cost while infinitely recycling any instant or sorcery cards sitting in your graveyard.
