How it works

1. Activate Jace's third loyalty ability by removing five loyalty counters from it, creating two token copies of Jace that aren't legendary.
2. Activate a Jace token by putting no loyalty counters on it, putting a loyalty counter on it and the other Jace token.
3. Repeat step 2 using the other Jace token.
4. Activate a Jace token's third loyalty ability by removing five loyalty counters from it, creating two token copies of Jace that aren't legendary.
5. Repeat from step 2.
