How it works

1. Activate Mutavault's second ability by paying 0 due to Blossoming Tortoise, causing Mutavault to become a 2/2 creature with all creature types until end of turn.
2. Cast Draconic Destiny by paying 1, attaching it to Mutavault.
3. Activate Mutavault by paying 0 due to Blossoming Tortoise, giving it +1/+0 until end of turn.
4. Repeat step 3.

This elegant little loop turns a simple land into a towering dragon by exploiting a clever cost reduction. Blossoming Tortoise is the engine of the entire operation, passively discounting the activated abilities of lands you control by {1} and boosting your land creatures. Because of this discount, animating Mutavault and pumping its power both become entirely free. You can then enchant Mutavault with Draconic Destiny to grant it the activated pump ability alongside flying and haste, allowing you to cycle that zero-mana pump infinite times to create an infinitely powerful threat.
