How it works

  2. Necropotence and Feast of Sanity trigger.
  3. Resolve the Feast of Sanity trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life.
  4. Resolve the Necropotence trigger, exiling the discarded card from your graveyard.
  5. Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life.
  6. Resolve the Noose Constrictor ability.
  7. Repeat.
