How it works

  1. Proceed to your cleanup step, causing you to discard cards down to your maximum hand size.
  2. Necropotence triggers for each card discarded.
  3. Resolve the first trigger, exiling the discarded card from your graveyard.
  4. Ketramose triggers, causing you to draw a card and lose 1 life.
  5. Feast of Sanity triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life.
  6. Repeat from step 2 as applicable for each remaining trigger.
  7. Discard cards down until your maximum hand size, as the cleanup step is still onging.
  8. Repeat from step 2.
