How it works

  1. Activate Cabal Initiate by discarding a card, ensuring to discard Dread if it's in your hand.
  2. Feast of Sanity triggers, and Dread triggers if it was discarded.
  3. Resolve the Dread trigger, shuffling it from your graveyard into your library.
  4. Resolve the Feast of Sanity trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life.
  5. Lich's Mastery triggers, causing you to draw one card.
  6. Resolve the Cabal Initiate ability, causing it to gain lifelink until end of turn.
  7. Repeat.
