How it works

1. Activate Coveted Falcon by paying 1, turning it face up.
2. Coveted Falcon triggers, causing an opponent to gain control of Altanak and causing you to draw a card.
3. Declare Sentinel as an attacker, forcing Altanak to block it due to Lure.
4. Holding priority, activate Sentinel an arbitrarily large number of times by paying 0, targeting Altanak.
5. Altanak triggers that many times, causing an opponent to draw that many cards and lose the game due to drawing from an empty library.

This fascinating interaction relies on Coveted Falcon's disguise ability to secretly hand Altanak, the Thrice-Called over to your opponent, turning your own threat into a targeted liability for them. Once Altanak is under their control, the application of Lure forces it into combat to block Sentinel, setting up a bizarre mathematical doom. You then exploit Sentinel's free activation ability to repeatedly target Altanak with its toughness-changing effect; because your opponent now controls Altanak, every single one of those targeting triggers triggers Altanak's ability to force them to draw cards until their library is empty.
