How it works

1. Donate Altanak to an opponent.
2. Declare Sentinel as an attacker, forcing Altanak to block it due to Lure.
3. Holding priority, activate Sentinel an arbitrarily large number of times by paying 0, targeting Altanak.
4. Altanak triggers that many times, causing an opponent to draw that many cards and lose the game due to drawing from an empty library.

This delightfully strange combination forces your opponent into a fatal trap using their own library as the weapon. By enchanting Sentinel with Lure, you ensure it must be blocked by the unfortunate Altanak, the Thrice-Called—which you have graciously donated to your opponent so they control it. Once that forced combat is locked in, Sentinel's ability can be activated an arbitrary number of times targeting Altanak, repeatedly triggering Altanak's static ability that forces your opponent to draw a card each time it becomes the target of an opponent's ability. While Bilbo, Luckwearer // Burglar's Plot rests peacefully in your deck or hand without needing to be cast, this targeted barrage instantly empties your opponent's library and causes them to lose the game.
