How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying , blinking Nucklavee and the mana-producing permanent.
3. When Nucklavee enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop spins entirely around Nucklavee and Ghostly Flicker, using the former's dual enter-the-battlefield triggers to pull the flicker spell and a mana source right back out of the graveyard and off the table just in time to repeat the cycle. Mindsplice Apparatus serves as the ultimate engine oil here, steadily accumulating oil counters on your upkeep to slash the casting cost of your spells until Ghostly Flicker can be cast for virtually nothing. Together, they turn a simple blink into an unstoppable cascade of enter-the-battlefield triggers, magecraft prowess, and storm count.
