How it works

1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Sage of Hours that enters the battlefield with at least five +1/+1 counters due to Bloodspore Thrinax.
2. Activate the Sage of Hours token by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, causing you to take at least one extra turn after this one.
3. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop achieves infinite turns by using Bloodspore Thrinax as a magnificent catalyst, letting its devour ability pass down a massive pile of +1/+1 counters to any creature that follows. When Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker creates a token copy of Sage of Hours, that token immediately inherits enough counters to trigger Sage of Hours's ability to take an extra turn. Because Kiki-Jiki makes a fresh copy each turn, you can repeat this process indefinitely, chaining endless turns together to lock down the game.
