How it works

1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of any nonlegendary creature you control that has power 1 or greater with haste.
2. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature token.
3. When the creature token dies, Kiki-Jiki triggers, untapping itself.
4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the creature token's power.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker into a one-man mill machine by leveraging Thornbite Staff's passive untap ability whenever a creature bites the dust. Since Kiki-Jiki is a Shaman, the Staff can even auto-equip to him the moment he enters the battlefield, saving you precious mana. Once the engine is set up, Kiki-Jiki taps to copy a creature, which you immediately feed to Altar of Dementia; the resulting death triggers Thornbite Staff to untap Kiki-Jiki, letting you repeat the process to grind your opponent's entire library into dust.
