How it works

  1. Activate Kiki-Jiki by tapping it, creating a token copy of Phantom Steed.
  2. When the Phantom Steed token enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Kiki-Jiki until Phantom Steed leaves the battlefield.
  3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Phantom Steed token.
  4. When the Phantom Steed token dies, Kiki-Jiki is returned from exile to the battlefield.
  5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  6. Repeat.
