How it works

1. Cause Elvish Archdruid to become an artifact using Ashnod's Transmogrant.
2. Activate Elvish Archdruid by tapping it, adding at least
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying 2, untapping Elvish Archdruid.
4. Repeat from step 2.

To achieve infinite green mana with this combination, Ashnod's Transmogrant serves as the essential catalyst by permanently transforming Elvish Archdruid into an artifact creature. This type alteration is what allows Voltaic Construct to target and untap the Archdruid using the generic mana generated from its own ability. Once the engine is online, Elvish Archdruid taps to produce massive amounts of green mana—fueled by its own tap ability and boosted by its presence among your elves—leaving more than enough leftover to pay Voltaic Construct's activation cost and repeat the loop indefinitely.
