How it works
Kill Dread Slaver.
When Dread Slaver dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
When Dread Slaver enters the battlefield, Flayer of the Hatebound triggers, causing Dread Slaver to deal damage to itself equal to its power.
Dread Slaver dies as a state-based action due to its deathtouch.
Dread Slaver triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat from step 3.
This loop is an exquisite chain reaction that transforms Dread Slaver into an unyielding engine of destruction. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed grants undying to our non-Human creatures while Archetype of Finality infuses our board with lethal deathtouch, ensuring any damage dealt by Dread Slaver to itself is instantly fatal. When it perishes and returns, Flayer of the Hatebound leaps into action, turning every single graveyard resurrection into a burst of targeted damage that instantly triggers Dread Slaver's own theft-and-return clause all over again.
