How it works

  1. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing the persist creature.
  2. When the persist creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. When it enters, Kheru Bloodsucker triggers, causing each opponent to lose life and you to gain life.
  4. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token.
  5. Activate Warren Soultrader by paying 1 life and sacrificing the persist creature.
  6. When the persist creature dies, its undying ability from Mikaeus triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  7. When it enters, Kheru Bloodsucker triggers, causing each opponent to lose life and you to gain life.
  8. Resolve the Warren Soultrader ability, creating a Treasure token.
  9. Repeat
