How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Morselhoarder.
2. When Morselhoarder dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it due to its replacement effect.
3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
4. Repeat.

This potent engine relies on Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to grant undying to the rest of your board, ensuring that non-Human creatures return from the graveyard with a +1/+1 counter whenever they perish. By feeding Morselhoarder into Bloodflow Connoisseur, you can repeatedly sacrifice the elemental and exploit its own activated ability to remove its -1/-1 counters for mana. Because Mikaeus's undying brings Morselhoarder back cleanly without any counters, the -1/-1 and +1/+1 counters effectively neutralize each other, allowing you to loop the sacrifice indefinitely. This cycle not only fuels Bloodflow Connoisseur with infinite +1/+1 counters, but also yields infinite colored mana along with an endless stream of enters-the-battlefield, leaves-the-battlefield, and death triggers.
