How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrifiicing Pith Driller.
2. When Pith Driller dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Pith Driller enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop is anchored by Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, whose static lord ability grants undying to all of your non-Human creatures, ensuring they refuse to stay in the graveyard as long as they lack a +1/+1 counter. You feed Pith Driller to Bloodflow Connoisseur, and thanks to Mikaeus, the Driller returns to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter; however, Pith Driller's own entry trigger forces it to place a -1/-1 counter upon itself, which immediately neutralizes the existing +1/+1 counter through state-based actions. This brilliant self-cancellation allows Pith Driller to endlessly cycle between the graveyard and the battlefield, growing Bloodflow Connoisseur infinitely large with every iteration of sacrifice.
