How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrifiicing Pith Driller.
2. When Pith Driller dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Pith Driller enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop revolves around Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, whose static ability grants undying to all of your non-Human creatures, ensuring they return to the battlefield after perishing if they lacked a +1/+1 counter. Pith Driller takes advantage of this by entering the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter ability that can target itself, neatly neutralizing the +1/+1 counter it received from undying so it can continuously trigger the loop. Meanwhile, Bartolomé del Presidio acts as the sacrifice outlet that kicks off the process and permanently grows larger with every iteration by accumulating its own +1/+1 counters.
