How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Dream Seizer.
2. When Dream Seizer dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Dream Seizer enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to grant undying to non-Human creatures, turning any death into a recursive engine as long as the creature returns without a +1/+1 counter. When you use Bartolomé del Presidio to sacrifice Dream Seizer, Dream Seizer comes back via undying with a +1/+1 counter. However, Dream Seizer's own enters-the-battlefield trigger allows you to blight 1, neutralizing that counter with a -1/+1 counter so the undying safety net is continuously reset. This lets you endlessly feed Bartolomé del Presidio for infinite sacrifice triggers, death triggers, and a growing pool of +1/+1 counters on your sacrificial outlet.
