How it works

1. Activate Megatog by sacrifiicing Pith Driller.
2. When Pith Driller dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Pith Driller enters the battlefield, it triggers, putting a -1/-1 counter on it.
4. Resolve the Megatog ability, giving it +3/+3 until end of turn.
5. Repeat.

This clever engine leverages Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to grant undying to non-Human creatures, turning a simple sacrifice loop into an infinite resource. By using Megatog to chew through your own permanents, you can repeatedly feed it artifacts or creatures while triggering Pith Driller's entry ability. Because Pith Driller enters with a -1/-1 counter that immediately cancels out the +1/+1 counter from undying, it can die over and over again without ever accumulating counters permanently.
