This ingenious loop turns humble fodder into an infinite engine by leveraging Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to grant the undying ability to our non-Human creatures. When Blood Pet is sacrificed for mana, Pitiless Plunderer steps in to generate a Treasure token each time a creature dies, providing the necessary mana source to keep the cycle going. However, undying normally prevents a creature from returning if it already has a +1/+1 counter, which is where Hex Parasite cleverly shines by devouring that counter for a minimal life or mana payment. With the counter successfully stripped away, Blood Pet can return to the battlefield ready to be sacrificed all over again, fueling an endless cascade of deaths, artifact generation, and terrifying power boosts for Hex Parasite.
