How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist.
2. When Dockside Extortionist dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure artifact tokens.
4. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Activate five Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 4.
6. Activate Resourceful Defense by paying 4, moving all +1/+1 counters from Dockside Extortionist onto another permanent you control.
7. Repeat.
8. If opponents control six or more artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite Treasure tokens and colored mana.

This loop relies on Mikaeus, the Unhallowed to grant undying to Dockside Extortionist, allowing the goblin to constantly return from the graveyard whenever sacrificed to Carrion Feeder. Because Dockside Extortionist brings in a windfall of Treasure tokens on each entry, you easily fund the loop and accumulate resources, provided your opponents have enough artifacts and enchantments in play. The crucial engine piece here is Resourceful Defense, which quietly strips the +1/+1 counter off Dockside Extortionist each iteration so its undying ability can trigger anew.
