How it works
Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Dockside Extortionist.
When Dockside Extortionist dies, its undying ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least five Treasure artifact tokens.
Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
Activate five Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 4.
Activate Resourceful Defense by paying 4, moving all +1/+1 counters from Dockside Extortionist onto another permanent you control.
Repeat.
If opponents control six or more artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite Treasure tokens and colored mana.
This engine turns Dockside Extortionist into an endless cycle of greed and fiery doom, provided your opponents have at least six total artifacts and enchantments in play. Every time Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it floods your board with enough Treasure tokens to fund the rest of the operation, while Mikaeus, the Unhallowed stands ready to grant it undying so it returns from the graveyard instead of staying there. By using Goblin Bombardment to cheerfully hurl the goblin into the afterlife, you trigger that undying return alongside a steady stream of damage to any target. The clever linchpin keeping the loop going infinitely is Resourceful Defense: its triggered ability catches the +1/+1 counter left behind by undying as Dockside Extortionist leaves the battlefield and relocates it elsewhere, ensuring the goblin never enters with a counter already on it and can keep resurrecting endlessly.
