How it works
- Activate Mana Vault by tapping it, adding CCC.
- Activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying 2C, blinking Wernog.
- When Wernog leaves and enters, it triggers twice, creating at least two Clue tokens.
- Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Clues, untapping Mana Vault.
- Repeat.
This clever loop centers around Eldrazi Displacer repeatedly blinking Wernog, Rider's Chaplain, turning its enter- and leave-the-battlefield triggers into a factory for Clue tokens. To keep this engine running, Clock of Omens steps in to harness those very same Clues, tapping them away to continuously untap Mana Vault, which provides the colorless mana needed to fuel Eldrazi Displacer's activation cost.
