How it works
- Activate Grim Monolith by tapping it, adding CCC.
- Activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying 2C, blinking Wernog.
- When Wernog leaves and enters, it triggers twice, creating at least two Clue tokens.
- Activate Clock of Omens by tapping the Clues, untapping Grim Monolith.
- Repeat.
This loop turns an infinite mana engine into a relentless trigger machine by leveraging Wernog, Rider's Chaplain as the ultimate blinking focal point. While Grim Monolith provides the raw colorless fuel to keep the machine running, Eldrazi Displacer uses that energy to continuously exile and return Wernog to the battlefield, generating an endless stream of Clue tokens and life-loss triggers for your opponents. The true glue holding the entire operation together is Clock of Omens, which takes advantage of those newly created Clues by tapping them to untap Grim Monolith, resetting the mana supply and allowing the whole sequence to repeat indefinitely.
