How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Shambling Ghast.
2. When Shambling Ghast dies, it, Mortuary and Archghoul of Thraben trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Shambling Ghast on top of your library.
4. Resolve the Shambling Ghast trigger, creating a Treasure artifact token.
5. Resolve the Archghoul of Thraben trigger, revealing Shambling Ghast from the top of your library and putting it into your hand.
6. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability, causing you to scry 1.
7. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
8. Cast Shambling Ghast by paying .
9. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Mortuary to intercept your dying creatures and redirect them straight to the top of your library, ensuring a relentless supply of fodder for Viscera Seer to sacrifice. Meanwhile, Archghoul of Thraben acts as your card-advantage engine, letting you pluck that recycled creature right back into your hand instead of leaving it stranded on top, while Shambling Ghast provides the essential mana-generating Treasure token needed to recast itself each iteration. By continuously feeding the Ghast back to the graveyard and playing it anew, you generate an endless storm of creature deaths, enters-the-battlefield triggers, and smooth filtering courtesy of the Seer's scry ability.
