How it works

1. Cast any other spell, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
2. If you cast the spell, Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Chandra.
3. Cast Hinder by paying 1, targeting that spell.
4. Chandra, Displacer Kitten and Thrumming Stone trigger.
5. Resolve the Chandra trigger, creating a copy of Hinder, targeting the original Hinder.
6. Resolve the copy of Hinder, countering the original Hinder and putting it on top of your library.
7. Resolve the Displacer Kitten trigger, blinking Chandra.
8. Resolve the Thrumming Stone trigger from step 3, revealing the top four cards of your library and casting Hinder without paying its mana cost.
9. Repeat from step 4.
