How it works

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying due to Hinata, blinking Warden of the Eye and the permanent tapped for mana in step 1.
3. When Warden of the Eye enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Hinata, Dawn-Crowned into a potent cost-reducer, shrinking Ghostly Flicker's mana value down to just a single blue pip by targeting multiple permanents. When you cast it, you target both Warden of the Eye and a mana-producing artifact or land, triggering Warden of the Eye's ability upon re-entry to scoop Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard. Because Ghostly Flicker can continually blink the mana source alongside the Warden, you generate a self-sustaining engine that produces infinite enter-the-battlefield and leave-the-battlefield triggers.
