How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Warden of the Eye and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Warden of the Eye trigger.
4. Resolve the Warden of the Eye trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Ghostly Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Warden of the Eye and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This brilliant loop turns a simple flicker effect into an engine for endless value by leaning on the triggered abilities of your battlefield. When you cast Ghostly Flicker to exile Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward along with another permanent, Abdel's departure triggers his return mechanic to bring back Warden of the Eye. The Warden then immediately triggers to pull Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and into your hand, ready to restart the cycle. Meanwhile, Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward sweeps up your mana sources and other permanents upon reentry, flooding the board with an endless army of Soldier tokens while fueling the mana needed to keep casting Ghostly Flicker over and over again.
