How it works

1. Cast Splash Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Warden of the Eye and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Warden of the Eye trigger.
4. Resolve the Warden of the Eye trigger, returning Splash Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Splash Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Warden of the Eye and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop uses Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward as a recursive blink engine, starting the cycle when Splash Portal exiles Abdel Adrian and returns him to the battlefield. Each time Abdel Adrian re-enters, he exiles your other nonland permanents—including mana sources and Warden of the Eye—which simultaneously triggers Warden of the Eye to pull Splash Portal right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Tapping your mana sources in response to Abdel Adrian's trigger ensures you always have the energy needed to recast Splash Portal, letting you repeat this endless dance to flood the board with infinite Soldier tokens and churn through endless triggers.
