How it works
Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 4.
Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying 4, creating a token copy of Great Whale that is an artifact.
When the Great Whale token enters, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
Cast Warden of the Eye by paying its mana cost.
When Warden of the Eye enters, it triggers, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least 4.
Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying 4, creating a token copy of Warden of the Eye and the Great Whale token.
When the Warden of the Eye and Great Whale tokens enter, they trigger.
Resolve the Warden of the Eye token's trigger, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
Resolve the Great Whale token's trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
Repeat from step 6.
This mesmerizing loop turns a clever act of copying into a self-sustaining engine of creation. By casting Saheeli's Artistry to clone Great Whale, you immediately refund your mana investment through the whale's lands-untapping trigger, while Warden of the Eye dutifully loops the sorcery right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. As the accumulation of tokens snowballs—duplicating both creatures in a single sweep—the exponential return lets you overwhelm the board and generate unbounded mana and triggers.
