How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Golgari Thug.
2. When Golgari Thug dies, it and Dross Harvester trigger.
3. Resolve the Golgari Thug trigger, putting it from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Dross Harvester trigger, causing you to gain 2 life.
5. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability.
6. Cast Golgari Thug from the top of your library by paying 2 life.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms a self-recurring creature into an unstoppable engine, fueled entirely by life manipulation. With Bolas's Citadel on the board, you can cast Golgari Thug directly off the top of your library for a mere 2 life instead of its mana cost. You then feed it to Goblin Bombardment, dealing a point of damage while triggering Golgari Thug's ability to place itself right back on top of your library and Dross Harvester's triggered ability to buffer your life total with a 2 life gain. Because Dross Harvester offsets the life you pay to recast the Thug, you create an endless feedback loop that can burn out your opponents completely.
