How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This intricate engine spins into motion thanks to Maskwood Nexus, which transforms every creature you control into a Dwarf, Thopter, and every other creature type simultaneously. Once this foundational type-matching is in place, you can tap your creatures for mana using the ability granted by Elven Chorus, which in turn triggers Magda, Brazen Outlaw to generate a Treasure. Thanks to Stridehangar Automaton's replacement effect, that single Treasure creation doubles into both a Treasure and an additional 1/1 Thopter, which immediately benefits from the haste provided by Hammer of Purphoros so the cycle can repeat indefinitely. You are left with an unstoppable loop of infinite mana, tokens, and ETB triggers, culminating in Magda's ability to tutor every artifact and a massive subset of creatures straight out of your library and onto the battlefield.
