How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This intricate loop transforms a simple tap into a cascade of value, anchored entirely by Maskwood Nexus turning every creature you control into a Dwarf and a Thopter. With Cryptolith Rite granting every creature the ability to tap for mana, tapping a creature triggers Magda, Brazen Outlaw to generate a Treasure token, which Stridehangar Automaton immediately supercharges by appending an additional 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token to the generation. Because all your creatures have haste courtesy of Hammer of Purphoros, those newly minted Thopters can immediately tap right back into Cryptolith Rite to perpetuate the cycle. Once you have accumulated an overwhelming abundance of treasures and tokens, you can cash in Magda's ultimate ability to tutor any artifact or Dragon directly from your library onto the battlefield.
