How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This brilliant assembly of artifacts and rebels transforms any tapped creature into an engine of endless wealth and overwhelming force. Thanks to Maskwood Nexus, every creature you control gains all creature types—including Dwarf, allowing Magda, Brazen Outlaw to trigger whenever a creature taps. Stridehangar Automaton supercharges this loop, ensuring that every Treasure token created also brings along a flying Thopter, while Citanul Hierophants provides the necessary tapping ability by granting every creature the power to tap for green mana. By continuously tapping and untapping your creatures to generate mana and flooded tokens, you can eventually sacrifice five Treasures to Magda's ability to pull Dragonlord Kolaghan and any other artifact or dragon you desire directly from your library onto the battlefield.
