How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This intricate engine relies on Maskwood Nexus to turn every creature you control into a Dwarf, a Thopter, and a Shapeshifter all at once, unifying the entire board under Magda, Brazen Outlaw and Stridehangar Automaton. With Citanul Hierophants granting all your creatures the ability to tap for green mana, tapping any creature triggers Magda for a Treasure while Stridehangar Automaton graciously tacks on an extra Thopter token for explosive board growth. Since every creature is now a Dwarf, tapping one to generate mana simultaneously yields your infinite artifact tokens and colored mana. You can then channel those accumulated Treasures straight into Magda, Brazen Outlaw's sacrifice ability to tutor every artifact and Dragon card from your library directly onto the battlefield, while Nahiri's Resolve quietly protects and refreshes your nontoken board state for the turns ahead.
