How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms simple taps into a cascade of boundless wealth and mechanical armies by turning every creature on your battlefield into a Dwarf. Thanks to Maskwood Nexus granting every creature type to your squad, tapping any creature for mana via Citanul Hierophants's ability triggers Magda, Brazen Outlaw to generate a Treasure token. Stridehangar Automaton supercharges this production by appending an extra Thopter token to every artifact token creation event, while Tuktuk Rubblefort immediately grants haste so your newly spawned tokens can join the tapping frenzy right away. Once your engine is fully online, you can cash in your massive hoard of Treasures using Magda, Brazen Outlaw's sacrifice ability to tutor every artifact and Dragon straight from your library onto the battlefield.
