How it works
- Activate a creature by tapping it.
- Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
- Repeat.
This engine transforms a simple tap into an overwhelming cascade of resources by weaving together creature types and token generation. With Maskwood Nexus rewriting the identities of your entire team, every creature you control counts as a Dwarf to fuel Magda, Brazen Outlaw while also benefiting from the haste, flying, trample, and indestructible granted by Krang, Utrom Warlord. Citanul Hierophants allows those creatures to tap themselves for green mana, which immediately triggers Magda, Brazen Outlaw's ability. Thanks to Stridehangar Automaton, every single Treasure token generated along the way is accompanied by an additional Thopter token, which also instantly qualifies as a Dwarf and an artifact creature to further feed the loop and spread Krang, Utrom Warlord's keyword grants. Once you have accumulated enough Treasures, you can easily cash them in to tutor up any artifact or Dragon from your library and completely overwhelm the board.
