How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Maskwood Nexus, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

With Maskwood Nexus weaving all of your creatures into every creature type, every single creature you control counts as a Dwarf for Magda, Brazen Outlaw and gains a mana-producing tap ability from Song of Freyalise. When you tap a creature for mana, Magda's triggered ability sees a Dwarf becoming tapped and triggers to generate a Treasure token, which Stridehangar Automaton immediately supercharges into both a Treasure and an additional 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token. Because Krang, Utrom Warlord blankets your artifact creatures in keywords, or Song of Freyalise lets you tap them right away, you can continuously tap your newly minted Thopters and other creatures for mana, feeding the loop infinitely to flood the board with treasures and artifacts before cashing in Magda's ultimate search ability.
