How it works

1. Activate Bloodline Keeper by tapping it, creating a 2/2 Vampire creature token.
2. When the Vampire enters the battlefield as a Pirate due to Maskwood Nexus, Coercive Recruiter triggers, untapping Coercive Recruiter.
3. Repeat.

Because of this blanket type-patching, tapping Bloodline Keeper to produce a token instantly brings in a creature that counts as both a Vampire and a Pirate. That new arrival triggers Coercive Recruiter's ability to untap itself—or any other target you choose—allowing you to continually untap Bloodline Keeper and repeat the process. Once Bloodline Keeper transforms into Lord of Lineage, your growing horde also gains a massive passive power and toughness boost to finish the game.
