How it works

1. Declare Alesha as an attacker.
2. Alesha triggers, causing you to pay U/BU/B to return Sakashima of a Thousand Faces from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking as a copy of Medomai the Ageless.
3. Deal combat damage using Sakashima of a Thousand Faces.
4. Sakashima of a Thousand Faces triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. Activate Umbral Collar Zealot by sacrificing Sakashima of a Thousand Faces
6. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop bypasses Medomai the Ageless's restriction against attacking during extra turns by constantly reanimating it fresh from the graveyard. Alesha, Who Smiles at Death triggers on attack to resurrect Sakashima of a Thousand Faces directly into play as a copy of Medomai, neatly circumventing the legend rule thanks to Sakashima's own static ability. After dealing combat damage to secure your extra turn, you sacrifice that cloned copy to Umbral Collar Zealot, neatly putting it back into the graveyard so Alesha can bring it right back on the next swing.
