How it works

1. Declare Alesha as an attacker.
2. Alesha triggers, causing you to pay U/BU/B to return Chameleon from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped and attacking as a nonlegendary copy of Medomai the Ageless.
3. Deal combat damage using Chameleon.
4. Chameleon triggers, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Chameleon
6. Repeat each turn.

This loop bypasses Medomai the Ageless's dreaded "can't attack during extra turns" restriction by letting Chameleon, Master of Disguise slip onto the battlefield as a copy of Medomai instead, neatly evading the original's legendary and timing constraints. Each combat step, Alesha, Who Smiles at Death resurrects the Chameleon from the graveyard directly into the attack, netting you a fresh extra turn when it connects with a player. Finally, Phyrexian Altar provides the ultimate exit strategy, sacrificing the disguised copy post-damage to generate mana and send it straight back to the graveyard, ready for Alesha to start the cycle all over again.
